RATES- $200.00 per
night for first 4 people then $15.00 per night per additional
person. ($225.00 plus $15.00 per additional person for peak
season which is Memorial Day through August 15th, the month of
October and Holidays) A hotel/motel tax of 12% plus a cleaning
fee ($75.00 - $100.00) will be assessed. A $200.00 deposit
reserves your request. The balance is due 45 days before
arrival. We will return your separate $300.00 security deposit
within 10 days of departure with no damage. To keep our rates
low, we charge an additional 3% to use Pay-Pal.
